Policies and Restrictions
ADULT ORIENTED; C-Breezes is operated as a Romantic, tranquil hideaway for an adult only clientele, and therefore unsuitable for children. All reservation rates are based on double occupancy, are subject to change and are quoted in Canadian funds prior to 5% GST (tax). Accommodation rates quoted include a full gourmet breakfast served in the privacy of your suite, or on your terrace (weather permitting.)
- There is a minimum 2 night stay on weekends. One night from Sunday to Thursday only please.
- Stays during Christmas / New Year's holiday period and special weekend (ie: Valentines Day, Thanksgiving, US and Canadian are sold at our premium (summer season) rates and are to be paid in full at the time of booking. Holiday periods are non-refundable unless we are able to re-sell the suite.
- Suites are strictly NO SMOKING. Smoking allowed outside only.
- Please ask about pets
Cancellation Policy
Our main policy is to ensure that your stay at C-Breezes Bed and Breakfast is relaxing and memorable. We understand that things come up from time to time so we have provided our cancellation policy here for your reference. At C-Breezes we have a 14 day cancellation policy, so please PHONE at least two weeks ahead if you are unable to keep your reservation. (Cancellations MUST be made by PHONE. Toll free 1-866-885-0548) If you cancel outside the 14 day period your deposit will be fully refunded. If you must make a last minute cancellation, we will return the deposit provided that we are able to rent the suite to another guest for the entire reserved period. A $50.00 administration fee is applicable on all cancellation. Naturally, we will make every effort to rent the suite and return your deposit. Please note the 14 days notice also applies to any reduction in the number of nights you have committed to stay. Balance of payment is due upon ARRIVAL. “No Shows” and unscheduled early departures are subject to full payment for all nights reserved.
Payment
A deposit of one nights room rate or 50% of room nights reserved is processed at the time of reservation to guarantee your booking. The balance is due upon your arrival and charged to your credit card at that time. Reservations are guaranteed only upon receipt of deposit. We will honour your reservation by not offering your dates/suite to anyone else. Payment of entire stay is required for Christmas / New Year holiday period plus special long weekends. We accept cash, VISA, Master Card
Check-in/Check-out
Check in is from 3:00pm to 6:00pm. If you are planning on arriving later than 6:00pm you must call ahead of time (please give us at least 24 hours notice) to let us know (1-866-885-0548), this will ensure that instructions will be given to obtain entry to your suite or that someone will be home to let you in. Please no earlier as we are preparing for your arrival. Check out is 11:00 am. Any later must be pre-arranged.
Damage
We reserve the right to charge guests for damage done to the suite or equipment during their stay.
